Your order, every step of the way
Open your Nulela order confirmation or shipping email and select View your order to see your order status. Once your order ships, your shipping email includes the tracking number and a link to the carrier.
Need help finding your order?
Check your inbox and spam folder for an email from Nulela. If you cannot find it, email support@nulela.com with your order number, if available, and the email address you used at checkout.
Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives your parcel. Orders sent in more than one shipment may have separate tracking links.
